HISTORY

The Maharaja Shivachhatrapati Pratishthan formally founded on 7th April 1967 under the able leadership of the Late Her Highness Chhatrapati Rajmata Sumitra Raje Bhosle and fired by the single minded drive of Late. Babasaheb Purandare. Today, Maasaheb Maharaj is no longer with us but her blessings remain our guiding light and inspire us to move on in our mission. In past 50 years Babasaheb has given over 10,000 lectures.
